Service Description
Our fullest porch installation — a true showpiece display. Includes 8–10 large pumpkins and specialty heirloom gourds, an abundant scatter of 20 mini pumpkins and gourds, 4 straw bales, and 3 premium mums — finished with our signature hand-tied plaid ribbon detail. Professional styling and end-of-season pickup included. Delivery fee by zone (see booking policy).
Cancellation Policy
Patch to Porch — Booking Policy Updated September 12, 2026 SERVICE. Your selected package includes porch styling and end-of-season pickup. Items become the customer's property at delivery. Maintenance is not included. The 2026 season runs late September through October 31 and is limited to 35 installations. DELIVERY. Delivery fees by zone: $25 within the Quincy/Liberty area; $70 up to 25 miles from Quincy; beyond 25 miles by arrangement only ($70 plus $2 per mile past 25, Harvest Decor package or above, route permitting). Delivery fees are collected with the final balance. SCHEDULING. Choose an installation week at booking. Patch to Porch sets the exact day based on route and weather and will send at least 24 hours' notice. The setup area must be clear and accessible. PAYMENT. A nonrefundable 50% deposit confirms the booking. The remaining balance, plus the delivery fee, is due 3 days before installation. Bookings made October 1 or later require full payment plus a $100 rush fee. CANCELLATIONS. Deposits are nonrefundable. After materials are purchased or an installation is scheduled, other payments are nonrefundable. Patch to Porch may reschedule for severe weather or supply disruption. CARE AND RISK. Pumpkins and other natural materials may shift or deteriorate due to weather, wildlife, or conditions beyond our control. After installation, the customer is responsible for the décor and its placement; Patch to Porch is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss arising after installation. PICKUP. Seasonal pickup is included. Customers may request a preferred week; Patch to Porch chooses the exact day based on route and weather. By booking, you agree to this policy.
